{"id":661,"date":"2022-01-07T14:39:57","date_gmt":"2022-01-07T14:39:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sh046.global.temp.domains\/~vighnah1\/?page_id=661"},"modified":"2022-01-09T05:53:57","modified_gmt":"2022-01-09T05:53:57","slug":"investor-charter","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/vighnahara.in\/investor-charter\/","title":{"rendered":"Investor Charter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\r\n<p>Investor Charter in respect of Research Analyst (RA)<\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li><strong>Vision and Mission Statements for investors<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p><strong>Vision<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Invest with knowledge &amp; safety.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Mission<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Every investor should be able to invest in right investment products based on their needs, manage and monitor them to meet their goals, access reports and enjoy financial wellness.<\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li><strong>Details of business transacted by the Research Analyst with respect to the investors.<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>To publish research report based on the research activities of the RA.<\/li>\r\n<li>To provide an independent unbiased view on securities.<\/li>\r\n<li>To offer unbiased recommendation, disclosing the financial interests in recommended securities.<\/li>\r\n<li>To provide research recommendation, based on analysis of publicly available information and known observations.<\/li>\r\n<li>To conduct audit annually.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li><strong>Details of services provided to investors (No Indicative Timelines)<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Onboarding of Clients<\/li>\r\n<li>Disclosure to Clients<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>o To distribute research reports and recommendations to the clients without discrimination.<\/p>\r\n<p>o To maintain confidentiality w.r.t publication of the research report until made available in the public domain.<\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li><strong>Details of grievance redressal mechanism and how to access it<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<p>In case of any grievance \/ complaint, an investor should approach the concerned research analyst and shall ensure that the grievance is resolved within 30 days.<\/p>\r\n<p>If the investor\u2019s complaint is not redressed satisfactorily, one may lodge a complaint with SEBI on SEBI\u2019s SCORES portal which is a centralized web-based complaints<\/p>\r\n<p>redressal system. SEBI takes up the complaints registered via SCORES with the concerned intermediary for timely redressal. SCORES facilitates tracking the status of the complaint.<\/p>\r\n<p>With regard to physical complaints, investors may send their complaints to: Office of Investor Assistance and Education, Securities and Exchange Board of India, SEBI Bhavan.
